Mission

User-ownedchronobiobank

Phase and sleep stay on your device. Science learns from federated patterns—not from hoarding nights in one vault.

We are not building a central repository of nights. We are building federated chronobiology: population timing insight without exporting raw sleep architecture.

How it works

Phone not cloud

  1. Sleep, phase markers, and dose timing are computed on the participant’s device.
  2. Anonymised updates aggregate — never raw night-by-night exports.
  3. Consent governs every share; individuals retain delete and revoke.
  4. Timing, recovery, and inter-individual difference feed better phase-aware advice and open findings for chronobiology research.
